Character Background:
Arvan d'Cannith is a valued member of the House. As a young artificer, he spent much of his time associating with
the priests of Aureon, God of Law and Knowledge. Although he never took holy vows, he is a devout follower of Aureon
and tithes a percentage of his earnings to the church. Currently, Arvan serves as an investigator for House Cannith
in Sharn.

Halek is a barbarian dinosaur rider from the Talenta plains. Halek loves to go fast - whether riding, on a lightning

wherever the mood strikes him, taking whatever jobs he can find to make ends meet.

Evaria is the illegitimate half-elven daughter of a master inquisitive from House Tharashk. Never recognized by

hunter, competing with House Tharashk for business. Evaria relies on alchemical gadgets such as tanglefoot bags
to catch her prey.

City of the Dead. She has made her way to Sharn to meet a relative that will instruct her in the task she is to
undertake. Lianna prefers to avoid melee combat if possible, and relies on her shortbow and spells. Her trained
viper, Arrow, interposes itself when danger threatens.

Character Background:
Frek is a low-ranking member of House Tharashk. He works as muscle for the House to pay the bills. Unknown to Frek,
his grandfather bore a Siberys dragonmark. The local head of the House is keeping an eye on the half-orc, waiting
to see if a dragonmark emerges.
Although Frek acts like a stereotypical thug, he is actually quite intelligent. His strength is unmatched by anyone
else in his house - there are rumors that one of his ancestors was an ogre.

Hammerfist was one of the last warforged created during the Last War. Designed as a self-sufficient scout and

Character Background:
The youngest daughter in a family of rogues, Min found her life constantly disrupted as her parents moved from
town to town to avoid the law. At age 15, she ran away from her family and took shelter in a temple of Dol Arrah.
Over time, she realized that she had a greater calling, and took up martial training as a defender of the faith.
Unlike most changelings, Min prefers to remain in her true form (unless undertaking a covert mission for the church).

Character Background:
Norlan was raised in Greenheart, among the Wardens of the Wood. His mother was a Greensinger, and he has friendly
relations with both druidic sects. Norlan has used a bow since he was old enough to shoot, and takes great pride
in his skill. He chose to leave the Eldeen Reaches to explore the world, and plans to visit the city of Sharn and
its legendary towers. Norlan prefers to use his bow in combat, though he carries a shortsword as a backup weapon.

Katamil was born to merchant parents in Zilargo. She was a wild youth, and learned many unsavory skills that she
later put to use as a member of the Trust. After a disagreement with her immediate superior, Katamil left Zilargo
and journeyed to Sharn. After arriving in the city she adopted a cover identity as Shadowedge, a skilled thief.
She sends back periodic reports to Zilargo, notifying her superior if she hears anything of interest.

Character Background:
A tribeswoman of the Seren barbarians in Argonessen, Deya was always considered a gossip and rumormonger. This
all changed after a dare from one of the other members of her tribe, to run into an abandoned dragon lair and come
back out. Deya disappeared into the lair...and found it was not as abandoned as the tribe had thought. She emerged
a year later, her hair turned the color of brass. She did not speak of what happened in the dragon's lair, but
it was obvious that she was heir to the power of the dragons. The tribe offered her the position of shaman, but
she declined. Now, she journeys towards more civilized lands, for reasons known only to herself.

Character Background:
Tavakri is a Shadow Watcher - an agent of the kalashtar sent to Sharn to find and destroy servants of the Dreaming
Dark. She has taken employment as a dancer in a seedy bar on the lower levels, using her position to overhear
illicit deals. When she finds an Inspired, she stalks the streets of Sharn in disguise, hunting them down and
killing them.
