Father: Sirhet of Quilbar (deceased)
		Occupation: Fisherman
Captured and accused of participating in the Jarin
Rebellion. He was executed on 23 Nuzyael, 703 TR, in the
		town square.
Mother: Jenae (deceased)
Killed while trying to flee from Elgen.
Brother/Sister:	Duran (brother, born 687 TR)
		Lais (sister, born 695 TR)
Duran and Lais managed to escape from Elgen in 703 TR,
although your mother was killed in the attempt. You
received a letter about two years ago (718 TR) that said
they were living in Chybisa near Burzyn. It said your
sister had recently gotten married to a metalsmith, but
		it didn't give a name.

Background:

When your father was captured in 703 TR, you were only four years
old. Your mother tried to escape with you, your brother, and your sister
in the hopes of saving you all from a similar fate. She was killed in
the attempt, but your brother and sister got away. Your mother was
carrying you in her arms when she died.
You were taken to Geldeheim and placed under the charge of one of
the castle's wenches. She was a nasty woman, but took care of you for
six years. It was about this time that you met Salcar. He was
middle-aged, with long black hair and a similar mustache. You learned
that Salcar had recently been taken in as wizard by the ruler of
Geldeheim and all of Orbaal, Alegar I, although this was certainly not
common knowledge.
Since you had no real purpose around the castle, Alegar I placed
you in Salcar's care to serve as his assistant. You soon learned that
Salcar was even crueler than Alegar. His magic dealt with fire and
pain. Alegar used him to rid himself of certain people or to scare
others into submission.
After two years of serving as his assistant, Salcar began to
recognize the fact that you might have some amount of magical talent.
You were intelligent, had some amount of magical ability, and your
sunsign seemed to fit his type of magic. He took you on as an
apprentice, although how this would serve him you are still unclear on.
About a year after taking you on, he took on another Jarin boy named
Ralic as an apprentice. Ralic was roughly your age and a little bigger
in size. You soon became close friends with him.
It was about this time that you discovered the closest things
Salcar kept to a diary. From sneaking quick glances at it, you learned
that you had not been killed like your father and mother in the hopes
that when you got older you might be able to lead them to your brother
and sister. This bothered you, but you could think of nother to do about
it. If you tried to run away you would be hunted down and killed.
The following year Alegar I died and was succeeded by his son
Alegar II. From Salcar's mumbling, you soon learned that Alegar II was
not the cruel and ambitious man his father was. It soon became apparent
that he tried to solve his problems by waiting for them to go away.
Salcar became more and more abusive over the years since Alegar II seldom
used his magic and was more in fear of him than his ruler.
This all changed about a year ago (719 TR) when Salcar took for a
mistress one of the priestesses of the Temple of Agrik. She was even
more cruel and bloodthirsty than Salcar. You rarely saw her since Salcar
seldom invited her to his home. On one such occasion, however, about a
week ago, she was over late into the night. Both of them were drunk and
were being physically abusive to both you and Ralic. Ralic, overcome
with anger at this unfair abuse, said some insult about Agrik. For that,
Salcar's mistress thrust her sword right through his belly and left him
bleeding to death until he died half an hour later. While he died,
Salcar and his mistress laughed almost hysterically about it.
For the next week, you did your best not to show your anger.
Salcar was in a good humor and acted as though he expected you to be
indifferent about it. Then one night, when his humor had died down
somewhat and he had gotten drunk, you managed to get a long knife from a
drawer without him knowing. When he had turned away from you, you
slammed it into his back. You were so overcome with the fear of being
discovered that you didn't even bother to check and see if he was dead.
You left the dagger in his back and spent only enough time to get a
blanket, the letter from your brother and sister (which a passing
merchant had given you), and one of Salcar's spellbooks before you raced
out into the night.

Fieron's Unique Spells

Fieron's Battlefury (Peleahn III)
Invigorates the caster, so that Physical Penalty will be
halved for the purpose of calculating EML and EI during duration.
When the spell expires, the caster (or subject, at higher ML's) gains
12 (MS)/6 (CS) fatigue per minute the spell lasted (2/1 per 10
seconds), and must make a shock roll on 3d6.

Bonus Effects:
ML 41+ The caster may effect another person by touch.
ML 51+ The caster may choose to cancel the spell's effect on himself
(but not another) at any time.
ML 61+ The caster may cast this spell at a range of ML feet.
ML 81+ The caster may affect all beings in a radius of SI feet
(including himself). If this option is chosen, ALL within the
radius must be affected, except the caster, who can choose to
exclude himself. Those attempting to resist the spell roll
Endurance x 5 to escape the effects.

Fatigue: (15-SI) x 2
Time: (15-SI) seconds
Range: Touch (ML 61+ is ML feet, ML 81+ is radius of SI feet)
Duration: SI minutes

Fieron's Fireweapon (Peleahn III)
Shapes mundane fire into a type of (melee) weapon the caster
has used before. All attributes are equal to the weapon made, save
for the damage (SI fire impact) and the fact that the blade can
neither parry nor be parried. The base spell can only make one type
of weapon, a copy of which must be present at the time the spell is
initially learned.
Though the caster is protected from the flame somewhat
(sufficient to hold/wield the weapon), he can still be damaged by it,
and as such should be wary of fumbles, etc.
A source fire is required to initially cast the spell, but
becomes unnecessary once the Fireweapon has been created. The spell
is automatically canceled if the wielder drops the weapon.

Bonus Effects:
ML 41+ Any (melee) weapon that the caster has used before (at least one
month of training, or used in actual combat) may be created.
ML 51+ A source fire is no longer required
ML 61+ The caster may create a weapon for another. The subject gains
the same amount of fatigue as the caster does from casting the spell.
Only a willing subject may be affected.

Fatigue: (15-SI) x 2
Time: 15-SI seconds
Range: Touch
Duration: SI/2 minutes
